2. PKZIP
PKZip is a compression program, that you can use to compress and uncompress
files. For example, if you want to email someone 10 files, instead of sending
each file separately, use PKZip to "compress" the files into one file,
called an "archive". When your recipient gets the files, they "extract"
the files, using PKZip. When you send a program to someone, use PKZip.
Using PKZip speeds up file transfers, as the size is smaller, and,
makes it easier for your recipient to place the files where they want on
their computer.
